Rotary Cross Cutter

Rotary Cross Cutter is used for cutting a material web of paper. It has pair of two drums in which one rotates clockwise and the other one rotates anti-clockwise of the material, where each drum has one cutting element. One of the two drums has a helical surface with an inclination and the other drum has pointed surface with a projection of same angle as of the other drum. Machine has AC servo motor control, high steady and much speed of cutting, cutting blade and shafts are imported, has a easy to understand touch screen operating system.

Cross Cutter Model 1450

This special machine (Cross Cutter Model 1450)  is made for the purpose of unwinding the reel of paper, splitting of paper reel into sheets by utilizing guillotine, to deliver the sheets on the belt conveyor and lastly piling the sheets on stacker.

The specification of machine makes its worth because it has Maximum unwinding diameter of 1800mm. It has cutting length range od 30~1450mm. It can tolerate cross cutting of +/-0.3mm. Piling height of 1200mm and efficient consuming power of 8kw (kilo watt). Cross cutting width of 500~1450mm. Powder supply is 10.6kw. Whereas, dimension of the machine is 7600X3700X1950mm (Length, Width and Height respectively). Machine has a weight of 6000kilo grams.
