The process of making a paper

Paper is one of the most used things for writing and printing works. The importance lies in the fact that they are required by all academy institutions and office corporations for noting down the important things and stuff. The advent of computers and smart tab has limited the use of paper as all the corporate planning’s and noting is done online and they very often require the hardcopy i.e. printed version of it. Otherwise softcopy versions are reliable to make unlimited versions of the document present in the computer or online. But the importance of paper has remained there for years.
The paper you get in your hand comes after a lot of processes and functions to get in a final shape and size which is needed according to the desired demands. They are made up of woods which are crushed using the crushing machinery. The crushing machine, as it name implies crush the wood into tiny particles and in powder form which is then forward to the process with chemicals. These chemicals are mixed with the wood particles and are made into the raw form of paper which is then processed further for cutting into desired shape.
The paper sizes are different according to the demands. For printing purposes there are A4, A3 and A2 etc. paper sizes, for making registers the size is different, for making notepads hence size varies accordingly. The raw form paper then goes to the cutting and creasing machinery which cuts the paper in the desired size. The paper after getting modified in terms of size is then forwarded to the shaping machinery where different shapes of paper are made. Some are used for making envelopes, some for billing paper etc. After then it goes into its last and final stage which is dyeing and finishing.
The dyeing and finishing machine is used for dyeing the paper according to the desired need and gives it a finishing look. The paper surfaces and edges are mad smooth and quality is ensured so that quality remains intact. There are different colors needed for different purposes of paper and sometimes colored paper are used in registers to differentiate subjects etc. There are many uses of paper and its importance is never neglected as they are required by people, students, and officers all over the world and are produced in large quantity with the help of evolving technologies in the industry.
