It has a capability of processing light weight paper down to 80gsm. The delivery of paper smoothly is ensured by the 4-suction and 4-delivery steps. For achieving the excellent die cutting accuracy, the buffer gear device allows the paper head to slow down to the front lay gauge. Safety and easy operation can be made possible by the Automatic self-locking design for die cutting frame. For achieving the excellent accuracy and hold long-period accuracy and especially lower noise, machine is applied with particular material application for grasper-rows positioning and the cam for motioning cave. Crankshaft, pendulum shaft, worm shaft and other key parts are manufactured of alloy steel for maximum durability. The cutting quality due to die cutting pressure difference from start-up to normal run is improved by The Oil Cooling circulation system. The cycling oil circuits are upto 30 groups, oil pump of 2HP.
